Freer Septum Knife is a slender tool that is used to make cartilage and soft tissue incisions in septum procedures.
The knife may be also used to score the mucosa using parallel cuts. It has a long nail-shaped handle and a coarse cylindrical shaft that is optimized to assist the operators fingers.
The knifes D-shaped blades are available with Right or Left profiles to suit different surgical contours.
