Double-ended Roger Periosteal Elevator is used to elevate the periosteum of bones during nasal surgeries. The overall length of the elevator is 19.5 cm. It has a central cylindrical handle with two round blades with sharp edges. One blade is curved upwards and the second is curved downwards, and both blades are 4 mm × 4 mm.
